Get started in 6 steps
The recommended order to set up your account, from your company details to inviting your team.
Follow these steps in order: each one builds on the previous one.
- Fill in your company details. Gear icon > Settings > Company profile: name, logo, address and contact details. They appear in the guidebook, on your booking page, in emails and on your invoices.
- Create your properties. Overview > Properties > Add a property, then complete the listing, photos and team access. See Create a property.
- Connect your channels. On each property, Platforms tab: iCal links or the official connection. Bookings then arrive in the calendar by themselves. See Connect Airbnb and Booking.com with iCal.
- Set your rates. Rates tab of each property: nightly price, weekend price, minimum stay. See Set your prices and minimum stays.
- Prepare your messages. Communication > Message templates > Add the suggested templates, then adapt them. See Message templates.
- Invite your team. Users, at the bottom of the menu > Invite a user. See Invite users.
