What HostlyApp does and how the menu is organised.
HostlyApp brings together everything a short-term rental agency or property manager uses every day: the calendar of all your properties, bookings from the channels, cleaning, guest messages, owners and invoicing.
The menu
The menu on the left (the Menu button on a phone) groups the screens by purpose:

| Stays | Bookings, services, online check-in and the booking engine |
| Operations | Jobs, incidents and stock |
| Communication | Messages, templates and automatic sending rules |
| Partners | Guests, owners and service providers |
| Billing | Guest and owner invoices, and the invoice settings |
| Daily run sheet | The cleaning brief, today’s check-ins and check-outs, maintenance jobs, linen and restocking, today’s payments and the weekly brief |
The top bar lets you search for a booking, a guest or a property, and create a new booking. Your initials, on the right, open your profile. The gear icon opens your organisation’s Settings. Administrators also find Users at the bottom of the menu.
What each person sees
What you see depends on your role: an administrator sees everything, a manager sees the properties assigned to them, and field staff only see their own jobs. See Roles and permissions.
