Set your prices and minimum stays
Default rates, weekend prices, seasons, special dates and days with no check-in or check-out.
Rates are set in each property’s Rates tab. They are used by your booking page and, with the official connection, sent to the platforms, where they replace the prices entered there.
Default rates
- Price per night (€).
- Friday and Saturday nights (€): left empty, the price per night applies.
- Minimum stay (nights).
Seasons and special dates
A period (summer, Christmas, trade fair…) replaces the default rates for each of its nights.
- Click Add a period.
- Enter the first and last night, then the price per night, the Friday and Saturday price and the minimum stay. Leave a field on its default to keep the general value.
- If needed, tick No check-in on these days or No check-out on these days.
Two periods cannot overlap.
The price calendar
At the bottom of the tab, each night shows the price sent to the platforms. Coloured nights belong to a period; a figure such as “3+” shows the minimum stay.
