Put your booking page online
Turn on the booking engine, choose its address, its rules and the properties guests can book.
The booking engine is your own commission-free booking page: guests pick their dates and book with you directly. It is included in the Pro and Premium plans, and available as an add-on with Essential.
Open Stays > Booking engine, Settings tab. Only an administrator can change these settings.
1. The page
- Booking page online: when off, the page shows “not available”.
- Page address: 3 to 50 lowercase letters, digits or hyphens. Your page is then at
hostlyapp.cloud/book/<address>. - Headline and Introduction: shown at the top of the page.
2. Booking rules

| Booking horizon (days) | How far ahead the calendar is open |
| Dates held for (hours) | Without a reply in time, the request expires and the dates are freed |
| Tourist tax per guest per night (€) | Empty: no tax shown |
| Cancellation policy | Shown on each property before the guest sends a request |
| Send new requests to | Empty: every administrator and manager is notified |
3. Properties
Under Properties on the page, tick the properties guests can request. Prices, minimum stays and closures come from each property’s Rates tab.
Click Save, then Open to see your page as a guest would. Copy link lets you send it or add it to your website.
