Add access details for your team
Access instructions, key box code, Wi-Fi, parking and default cleaning staff.
The Team access tab holds what your team needs to get into the rental. None of it is sent to any platform.
Getting in
- Access instructions: for example “building B, 3rd floor, door on the left, key box to the right of the entrance”.
- Key box code.
- Wi-Fi name and password.
- Parking.
Field staff see this information in every job they have taken. The guidebook can also show it to the guest shortly before arrival: you choose when in the Guidebook tab.
Cleaning
Default cleaning staff: a cleaning job is created for every check-out. It is assigned straight away to this person, who gets an email. With no default, any field staff member can take the job.
