Write the digital guidebook
Welcome message, contact, access code and Wi-Fi at the right time, sections and recommended places.
The guidebook is a web page for each stay. It reuses the property’s listing (times, rules, amenities), its address and the services the guest can order, and adds your own texts.
Write a property’s guidebook
Open the property, Guidebook tab:
- Welcome message, shown after “Hello” and the guest’s first name.
- Contact during the stay and phone.
- Access code and Wi-Fi: choose when to show them to the guest (never, on the day of arrival, the day before, a few days or a week before). They come from the Team access tab and stay hidden before that moment and after check-out.
- Sections: + New section, with an icon (home, bins, transport, check-out, useful numbers…).
- Recommended places: restaurants, shops, visits, with why you recommend them.
View preview shows the guidebook as the guest sees it, then Save guidebook.
Send the guidebook
On the booking page, Guidebook section: Send by email, or copy the link for the platform’s messaging. In a message template, use {{guidebook_link}}.
