Add a provider
- Click to add a new provider.
- Enter the company, the contact person, email, phone and trade.
- Tick the properties where they work. Tick nothing if they work at all your properties.
Contact them
From their page or from an incident, send them a message with a template meant for providers (the {{provider_contact}}, {{incident_title}} and {{property_address}} variables are filled in automatically). The conversation is kept in Communication > Messages.
