Owners and monthly statements
Link properties to their owner, set your commission and send the monthly statement.
Partners > Owners lists the owners of the properties you manage. Each month, HostlyApp prepares their statement: stays, commission, expenses and the amount to pay out.
Add an owner
- Click New owner and enter their name, email and phone (WhatsApp).
- Set your commission (in %, excluding VAT) and its base: the stay amount or net revenue (after platform and cleaning).
- Tick their properties. A property has only one owner: ticking it here removes it from its current owner.
An owner does not need a HostlyApp account and receives no invitation.
The statement
On the owner’s page, choose the month. The statement shows:
- stays starting that month, with amount, platform, cleaning and net;
- expenses paid on their behalf (for example an incident not recharged to the guest);
- the payout calculation: commission, VAT and expenses.
