Read and send your messages
Conversations with guests, owners and providers, received replies and attachments.
Communication > Messages gathers your conversations with guests, owners and providers, and every message sent, by hand or automatically.
Find a conversation
Choose check-in dates or search for a name or a property. Conversations with unread replies are flagged.
Write
- Open a conversation and click Write a message.
- Choose a template or write free text. Variables such as
{{guest_first_name}}work here too. - If needed, add a copy recipient (Cc) and attachments (10 MB per file, 20 MB in total).
- Check the preview, then Send.
Replies
Replies to your emails arrive in the right conversation, marked as received. For this, HostlyApp has to read an inbox: see Set up sending and receiving emails.
