Add another platform (Vrbo, channel manager…)
Connect any platform that exports a calendar with iCal, and give it a colour and a logo.
On top of Airbnb and Booking.com, you can connect any platform that exports a calendar with iCal: Vrbo, another channel manager, a booking website…
Add the platform to a property
- Open the property, Platforms tab, Other platforms section.
- Click + Add a platform, then choose a platform you already saved or create a new one and give it a name.
- Paste its iCal export link.
- Copy the “To import into…” link HostlyApp shows and paste it into the platform (calendar import or iCal sync).
Only an administrator can create a new platform.
Colour and logo
Each platform has a colour and, if you like, a logo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, 1 MB at most). They are shared by every property linked to that platform and shown wherever its stays appear. Without a logo, the platform’s initial is shown on its colour.
Delete a platform
The list of saved platforms shows how many properties are linked to each one. A platform can be deleted as soon as no property is linked to it any more.
