Complete iCal stays with the browser extension
Pick up the guest’s name, contact details and the amount from the platform extranet in one click.
The HostlyApp extension for Chrome and Edge completes your iCal stays with what the platform extranet shows: guest name and contact details, number of guests, amount and booking number. It works on Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo.
Install the extension
- Gear icon > Settings > Browser extension > Download the extension (.zip), then unzip the file.
- In Chrome, open
chrome://extensions(in Edge:edge://extensions) and turn on Developer mode. - Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
- In Settings > Browser extension, create a key (one per computer) and copy it.
- Click the HostlyApp icon in the browser, then paste the address and the key.
Complete a stay
Open a booking in the platform’s extranet and click the HostlyApp button. Nothing is sent before you confirm. The booking page then shows that it was completed from the extranet with the browser extension.
Properties connected through the official connection already receive these details: the extension does not change their stays.
