The booking page
Stay, guest, finances, jobs, incidents, guidebook, check-in and messages in one place.
Open a booking from the calendar or from Stays > Bookings. The list can be filtered by status (upcoming, in progress, completed, cancelled), channel, payment and property.
What the page shows
- Stay: check-in, check-out, number of guests, source platform and last sync.
- Guest: contact details, or “not provided” to fill in.
- Finances: amount, cleaning, commission, deposit and payment.
- Jobs: the check-out cleaning and any other jobs, with who does them.
- Incidents: Report an incident linked to this stay.
- Guidebook and Online check-in: the guest’s link, to copy or send by email.
- Messages: emails sent to the guest, by hand or automatically.
Bookings from a platform
Over iCal, Airbnb and Booking.com send neither the guest’s name nor the amount: fill them in on the page. The property and dates are changed on the platform. With the official connection, name, amount and commission arrive by themselves.
Cancel
Cancel booking frees the dates. An imported booking that disappears from its platform’s calendar is marked cancelled automatically.
