Read and filter the calendar

The Calendar (Overview group) shows all your properties on one grid: one row per property, one cell per night.

Views

Choose Day, Week or Month at the top of the screen, then move to the previous or next period with the arrows.

What you see

• Each stay is a bar in its platform’s colour (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct…), with the guest’s name when it is known.
• Blocked dates are closed nights, with no guest or amount.
• The calendar is synced with the platforms every 15 minutes.

Tap a stay to open it.

Filter

• Building: all buildings, a single one, or properties outside any building.
• Property: a single property.
• Show jobs: adds cleaning and other jobs to the grid.
