Group properties into a building

A building groups the properties at one address: an apartment block, an estate, a holiday residence. What they share (address, times, access, Wi-Fi, parking, cleaning) is set only once.

Create a building

1. Open Properties, then the By building view.
2. Click Add a building and give it a name.
3. Fill in the Shared details.
4. Under the building’s properties, click Add existing properties or Create a property in this building.

Shared values and own values

Each property takes the values of its building. If you change a value on a property page, it only applies to that property: it becomes an own value. Choosing to take the building’s value again undoes it.

Remove or delete

• Remove from the building: the property keeps its current details.
• Delete the building: its properties stay, with their current details.
