Manage linen and stock
Storage places, items, alert levels, stock in and out, stock counts and transfers.
Operations > Stock tracks linen, cleaning products and consumables, in your storerooms and properties.
Set up
- Create your storage places: a storeroom, a utility room, or a cupboard in a rental. Link the latter to the property: field staff record the products they use there during cleaning.
- Create your items (sheets, towels, coffee pods…), with a category, a purchase price and an alert threshold.
Move stock
| Movement | When to use it |
|---|---|
| In | Purchase or delivery: the quantity is added to the stock |
| Out | Used, broken or lost: the quantity is removed |
| Stock count | You have counted: the counted quantity replaces the known quantity |
| Transfer | From one place to another; an item missing from the destination is added there |
Products recorded by field staff at the end of a job are removed from stock automatically.
