The Cleaning brief (Daily run sheet) sums up the cleaning and other jobs of the coming day: check-outs, same-day check-ins, next arrival and who does each job.
Who receives it

For each group, choose email, WhatsApp or both. WhatsApp numbers are entered in Users and on each owner’s record.

- Send now: the brief for the day shown, through the channel chosen for each group.
- Automatic sending: choose a time for the management team, for owners and for field staff. Sent before noon, the brief covers the same day; from noon onwards, the next day.
