Use your own domain for the booking page
Show booking on book.your-site.com with a CNAME record.
Your booking page can be shown on an address of your own website, for example book.your-site.com, instead of hostlyapp.cloud/book/…. A custom domain is included in the Premium plan and available as an add-on with the other plans.
Set up the domain
- Stays > Booking engine > Settings, Your own domain field: enter the address you want, then Save.
- At your domain provider (GoDaddy, OVH, IONOS, Hostinger…), create the DNS record shown:

- Come back to HostlyApp and click Check DNS.
Once checked, the page is online at that address. The secure certificate (https) is created automatically on the first visit.
If the check fails
- “does not point anywhere yet”: DNS updates can take a few hours. Try again later.
- “points to …”: the record exists but targets another address. Fix it at your domain provider.
