HostlyApp is billed per property per month, with no minimum. All of HostlyApp is open with every plan; only a few features depend on the plan.

The free trial
The trial lasts 28 days, with every feature of the plan you chose and no credit card. When it ends, paid features are paused: your data is kept.
See and change your plan
Gear icon > Settings > Plan shows your plan, its status (free trial, active, payment overdue, cancelled), your paid features and what each plan includes. An administrator finds there how to change plan or add an add-on.
